 MY VIDEO IS NOT WORKING IN CHROME?

Step 1: Click on the 3 dots in the top right of your Chrome

Step 2: Now click settings 


Step 3: “show advanced setting” at the bottom

Step 4: Click Content Setting under Privacy

Step 5: Then under flash make sure “Allow sites to run flash” is selected.

Step 6: Click done, then restart your browser (Close it and open it again)


  HOW DO I MAKE THE VIDEO FULL SCREEN?

Step 1: Click the opposing diagonal Arrows at the bottom right of the video


 DOES LIVE STREAMING USE DATA?

Please note that any form of streaming uses data. A video will use more data than audio. This is, however, only applicable if you are on mobile data or have a capped ADSL/FIBRE internet line. You can reduce the video quality, if you would like to do so, then please see the HOW DO I REDUCE VIDEO QUALITY FAQ below.


 MY VIDEO STREAMING SEEMS TO BE JUMPY!

The video streaming is set to automatically play back in HD mode. People with a lower connection speed or a bad internet connection might find that their video streaming stops or jumps. This is called buffering and is easily solved by simply changing the playback quality on the video player. If you wish to do so, please see the HOW DO I REDUCE VIDEO QUALITY FAQ below.


 HOW DO I REDUCE VIDEO QUALITY ON VIDEO STREAMING?

Step 1: Click on the HD icon in the bottom right corner of the video player

Step 2: Click on your desired resolution (480p is standard definition and recommended for people with slower internet connections).
